Is there exclusivity?
No. Partners can refer to any other tool they want; Predict refers attorneys to your agency where the fit makes sense. The relationship is non-exclusive on both sides.
What happens if the attorney cancels mid-year?
Commissions stop when the attorney cancels — no clawback on commission already paid. The 12-month attribution window covers re-subscriptions as well, so a return customer still attributes to your agency.
Can I see the referral attribution?
Yes. Each month's statement, emailed at the close of the calendar month, breaks out the referrals attributed to your link and the conversions behind your commission, so you can reconcile every payout against the underlying data.
Do you sell to defense or insurance?
No. Predict is plaintiff-side only by design — we will never sell to, partner with, or license the model to insurance carriers, defense firms, or claims-adjuster software. The customer class would never trust a tool that flowed data to the carriers, so we don't. This is a non-negotiable brand commitment. (Plaintiff-side agencies and consultants who serve plaintiff attorneys are exactly who the partner program is built for.)
